1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before the session: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost or request a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: Rescheduling is allowed once, free of charge. Refunds will not be issued for last-minute cancellations.
- No-shows: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
- Client-initiated cancellations (with at least 24 hours' notice): Full refunds are available upon request.
- Coach-initiated cancellations: In the rare event that I need to cancel, you will receive the option to reschedule or a full refund.
- Dissatisfaction with the session: If you feel that the session did not provide value, please contact me within 24 hours after the session to discuss possible solutions, including partial refunds or a follow-up session.
3. Technical Issues
- If technical issues on my end prevent the session from occurring, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
- If technical issues on your end cause a delay or cancellation, rescheduling may be possible, but refunds will not be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule your session, please email me with your booking details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
