1. Refund Policy

1.1 No Refunds for Completed Work

Due to the nature of this custom, hands-on service, all sales are final once the service has been delivered. Once I have started working on your project, refunds will not be granted.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund only if:

  • You cancel your order before any work has begun.
  • I am unable to complete the service for any reason.

1.3 Modifications & Revisions

  • If you are not fully satisfied with the final result, I offer one round of minor revisions to ensure the service meets your expectations.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included scope may require an extra fee.

1.4 How to Request a Refund

If your request meets the refund criteria, please contact me by email within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days if approved.
